Message	differently. Where I'm from, a person can face legal charges if he identifies himself as an engineer without being a member of the Order of Engineers, therefore ensuring that anyone identifying himself as such has the necessary scholar and legal background.....and the Order pops you for $200/year! In fact, if an engineer has not undergone the legal exam given by the Order, he has to introduce himself as Jr.Engineer, or once again, face possible legal charges.
